Cleta Mae (Kate) Claver Cleta Mae (Kate) Claver, age 96, of Lovilia, died Sunday, July 6, 2008, at the Monroe County Hospital, extended care in Albia. Cleta was born November 21, 1911, in Lucas County, Iowa. Cleta married Ralph E. Claver on June 30, 1931 in the Methodist Church in Ottumwa. They were married for fifty- seven years before Ralph's death in 1988. Cleata was a homemaker and a farm wife all of her life. Cleata is survived by her children; Marilyn (Martin) Tierney of Newton, Iowa and Eugene (Joyce) Claver of Lovilia. Cleta is also survived four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and four great- great grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00A.M., Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Albia, with Rev. Kevin Leveck, officiating. Burial will follow services at Oak View Cemetery in Albia. Visitation for Cleta will begin at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 8th, at the Winfield Funeral Home, with the family present from 4 to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday evening.
